PAUL SHORTINO Debuts Brand New Track On 'The Hairball John Radio Show'

In a recent interview with "The Hairball John Radio Show", vocalist Paul Shortino (ROUGH CUTT, QUIET RIOT) recalled the early years of ROUGH CUTT and working with Ronnie James Dio as well as his decision to leave ROUGH CUTT in 1987 for an ill-fated collaboration with QUIET RIOT. He also spoke about his latest project, THE SIDE FX, which features YNGWIE MALMSTEEN drummer Patrick Johansson.

On his decision to leave ROUGH CUTT, Shortino said, "I probably should have just stayed at home with the boys in ROUGH CUTT. I left a band and went into the business. But we made a good album and I am very proud of my time there."

The interview with Shortino, which also features a brand new track, "Back's Against the Wall" in its entirety, is available in full streaming audio at the home site of "The Hairball John Radio Show".

"The Hairball John Radio Show" is a weekly syndicated radio show dedicated to hard rock and melodic metal from the '80s and early '90s.
